During the Holiday break, the floors at the Stadium are getting sanded back and lacquered ready for the start of the 2005 local and representative competitions.

This shows Maitland Basketball's commitment to provide the very best facilities in the Hunter Area and to its members.

As well as the lacquering of all courts, permanent netball markings were also put onto court one which will allow more teams to enter our netball competition whilst also providing the area with a quality indoor netball court with seating which will provide teams such as the Hunter Jaegars, the opportunity to play trial games outside of Newcastle and gain the support of the Hunter.
